Refund and Refund Policies

ENTITLEMENT TO A GUARANTEE CLAIM

If the Buyer purchases a defective product, he/she has the right to claim a warranty. For proper evaluation, it is necessary that the returned product is clean, complete and in accordance with hygiene regulations or general hygiene requirements. In addition to the commonly known rules, the Buyer is obliged to observe the conditions specified for the use of the product in the warranty certificate or instructions for use, to use and process the products in accordance with their durability.

PLACE AND METHOD OF THE PROCEDURE FOR CALLING THE GUARANTEE

The Warranty Claim can be made in writing by email or by telephone. Returned products will be sent back to us. We recommend that the product be secured and that it be packaged and unused. We do not accept products shipped with the cash on delivery service. The warranty claim must include a written description of the defects that are the subject of the claim and proof of purchase, warranty certificate or notice of delivery. Any of the above documents is sufficient to exercise the rights for defects (warranty claim). The guarantee period starts on the day the following conditions are met:

a) delivery of the Warranty Claim Notice to the Seller,

b) delivery of the product to the seller by the buyer.

POLITICAL PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

We are not exchanging products at this time. If the product does not satisfy you, you can return it within 14 days. In this way, only the product purchased can be exchanged, not the product that was sent as a gift, in case you have made a purchase of a promotion, along with the product you want to return, the gifts must also be returned. You must send your order number and the product you wish to return by email or phone. Upon receipt of the package with the returned product(s), a refund will be issued as soon as possible.

If a product is missing from your order, please let us know and we will send the product.

PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMING A GUARANTEE

To return the product, it is necessary to send it undamaged and in its packaging within 14 days from the day you received it. Upon receipt of the package, a refund will be made as soon as possible.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

The seller is responsible that the product sold has the qualities of quality and usefulness generally required by the seller or described by the manufacturer or expected to comply with the requirements of the law, is in the specified quantity and corresponds to the purpose stated by the seller or for which the product is normally used. The seller is responsible for defects arising after the purchase of the product during the warranty period.

The Seller is not liable for defects in the event that:

  • the buyer himself caused the defect,
  • the purchaser was aware of the defects in the product prior to receipt and was granted a discount on the product,
  • the guarantee claim is contrary to the nature of the products, in particular the expiry of the duration of the product for which the discount was granted,
  • the defects occurred during the warranty period due to normal wear and tear of the products, incorrect or excessive use of the products or occurred after the end of the product’s lifetime,
  • is due to the intervention of the buyer or another person in the product or part of the product.

Upon receipt of the warranty claim, a warranty certificate will be issued with the date of the received claim, the product claimed, the time and place of purchase of the product, the defect and the price of the product. If the buyer claims that there is a defect, the seller will properly verify the claim and decide immediately to settle the warranty claim, and in complex cases within 3 days. The seller will make a refund/exchange/refund within 30 days from the date of the warranty claim.

GUARANTEE PERIOD

The seller is responsible for defects of the products during 24 months from the receipt of the product by the buyer, if the warranty period is not indicated on the product, its packaging or warranty certificate. If the product covered by the warranty is repaired, the warranty period is extended from the time of the warranty claim until the consumer is obliged to take delivery of the product after the repair, even if he or she has not done so. If the product is exchanged for a new one, a new warranty period starts from the date of receipt or dispatch of the product to the buyer. If the warranty for the defective product is not claimed during the warranty period, the liability for the defect will also expire. The buyer will be informed of the settlement of the warranty claim, in person, by telephone or by e-mail.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

In case of defects of the products that the consumer claimed to have repaired during the warranty period, the consumer has the right to repair the product free of charge, appropriately and in due time. If the defects cannot be repaired and prevent the proper use of the product, the consumer has the right to exchange the product or the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund. If the defect can be repaired, but due to recurring defects after the repair the consumer cannot use the product properly, the consumer has the right to exchange the product or refund the price of the product. The buyer has the same rights as in the case of defects that cannot be repaired, when repairing defective goods within 30 days of the claim. In case of defects that cannot be repaired and prevent the proper use of the product, the consumer has the right to receive the appropriate discount on the price of the product.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In accordance with the GDPR on the protection of personal data, the owner of the www.gymbeam.gr e-shop declares that the personal data provided to him/her will not be transmitted to third parties without the consent of the data subject, and that he/she will not use the personal data in a commercial offer not related to the promotion of www.gymbeam.sk. At the same time, it undertakes the obligation to delete personal data from its database at the request of the client without providing a reason.
